The program addresses nine outcomes in English and Science from the new Australian K-10 Curriculum. Student performance is assessed against these outcomes over the ten-week program. 

At the completion of the program, the student receives a Record of Achievement with teacher comments on each of the outcomes.

Around 15 weeks from the start of the program students will receive a full colour, printed edition of their twenty-page Picture Book, which they can share and promote at their own Book Launch.

All the completed books will be available to preview and purchase online through the WebCatS Book Shop.

Email will be just one of our regular communication tools. 

Video meetings and webinars will be conducted using Zoom.us or Adobe Connect (IT support provided)

Scanners will be used to convert students' illustrations to digital files for publication.

Students will be given free cloud file storage in 'Box'.

Each student will need a USB drive for storing & transferring text and art files.

Over ten weeks, the Program is delivered by Judith Radin, a highly experienced educator of gifted and talented children. Art instruction is provided by accomplished, practising artists and illustrators who are also experienced teachers.

The low $265 price per student includes: two (2) full-day writing and illustration workshops, weekly webinars and/or school artist visits, regular communication and feedback to students and their teachers, high-quality colour scanning, digital conversion & colour balancing of images, full editing and publishing of each student's book. 

Each student will receive one free copy of their book and may purchase up to ten copies at a special WebCaTS price. Further copies are available at special bulk order rates, which we have negotiated with the printers. Please note: orders from the Book Shop are at full retail price set by the printers.
