Services and Cancellations
Where registration in a course or learning module has been purchased for a student, every effort will be made to deliver the service as per the course descriptors. Webcats cannot be held responsible for factors outside its control. For example, the registrant (school) would not be entitled to a refund if a student failed to fulfill the course requirements. The registrant must provide true and accurate information about participating students to maximise the likelihood of success. Webcats is not obliged to refund payments for students who have been enrolled but are not suited to the course of instruction.
If a registrant decides to cancel a student's enrolment, a refund will only be issued if the services provided were unsatisfactory. Where unsatisfactory services (eg. delays) are due to factors outside the provider's control, the registrant will not be entitled to a refund. In such situations, the registrant may receive compensation by way of a credit note, gift voucher, partial refund or some other arrangement as agreed by the parties and at the discretion of Webcats.
